Above average but hardly ideal...

The grounds are well-kept, each apartment includes its own washer and dryer and the units are nice and spacious. However, this place does have its faults.
The first would be the parking. You get one space per apartment and one permit per name on the lease. All other cars remaining on the property past 1am must have a temporary permit obtained the prior day before the office closes. This creates difficulties if you ever have friends unexpectedly drop by after 6pm.
The second problem is the ants. They get in both first and second story apartments and they'lll drop in when and where you least expect them to. Extermination is offered free of charge, but you and any cats you might have must be out of the apartment all day while they are exterminating.
Also, the layout of the apartments can make them hard to navigate if you're unfamiliar with them and you may have to walk a bit to get to your car, depending on where your apartment is situated. Don't expect to have a parking spot as soon as you move in either. Poor planning has resulted in a wait list to get a car port. If you can spare an extra $50 a month, I'd recommend renting a garage.
