1st owners were better,until they changed.If there is a problem with anything they can not fix right away,for what you pay it's not worth it.Has changed owners many times due to too much renovation & pests that they can't afford it & become lazy.Some apts. have aunt,mice,roach,& lizard prob. varies in apt.Will not respect restraining orders,or change locks when broken into,makes u wonder if it's someone who works there.U can pay on time & they may claim later u didnt,keep proof of everything,they do it to many,they have balls to show at court & lie,even w/good proof.Those w/no prob.R XTRMly Lucky.Bcarful!
