I have lived in many apartment complexes and this is the first one I ever had problems with. They are over priced, their apartments are horrible and not safe to live in not to mention the condition of this mideval construction. I had immagrants that threatened me, they were out rageously loud 247. I don't mean doing dishes or cooking, I mean loud music, yelling infront of my window at late hours, stomping, and drugs! They let anyone in and if you have a problem they don't care, but if your late on rent the next day the start sueing you. They are rude once you move in and just in the first week that I moved in the washer and dryer broke (which they did not fix for two weeks and I had to go to a laudry mat out of town because of my work schedule), the bathroom ceiling had a leak and it actually caved in my shower (which I could not use for three weeks!), The laudry doors broke even after they fixed them, the bathroom fans blew out, mildew grew in the apartment, five feet of pincher bugs were at my door every morning all in the first week. Don't rent here there are plenty other apartments out there newer, nicer and even the same price. They let anybody in. And once you sign a lease theres no turning back. I wish every night when I try to sleep over the partying that I never would have rented from here. My advice check out an apartment at night what its like and request to see the apartment you actually are going to rent to make sure what the damages really are, and check out who lives around the apartment your renting so you know what type of people you will be living with so that you are not kept up all hours of the night and don't forget parking it is horrible here I have to walk two miles to the other side of the complex to get to my car everyday!
