This place isn't horrible, but now that my 6 month lease is up there is no way I'm staying. I live on the first floor and I can hear EVERYTHING that happens upstairs. Every single footstop or move makes a crack or squeek it's incredibly annoying. I was wakened a few feeks ago on a Saturday morning as police were pounding on the door next to mine trying to serve a warrant for my neighboors. They got into a fight right outside my window and one of the men evaded officers. This is crazy! I don't want my kids to grow up near this type of activity. Also, parking is not great, I have to walk quite a bit to get to my apartment. It seems they'll let anyone in and it's unfortunate. Would not recommend.
