OK people, this complex does have better amenities and more room than most and is in a good location. In every apartment complex I've ever been in there have been some bad apples (were not in Beverly Hills here) but overall my neighbors are kind and considerate. The maintenance staff fixes problems as quickly as possible, I've had to call them out three times for a recurring problem, but the third time they specifically sent the foreman and he found the underlying cause and fixed it promptly. The office staff has gotten better with the new company taking over and the manager always tries to help me out whenever I need. Overall it's better than most for the money I pay. I'm sure there are newer and better complexes but they are in Murrieta and Wildomar which means a commute and more gas money.
