There are worse places in Temecula. The staff is pretty nice. The parking is horrible! Make sure you get on the waitlist for a carport as soon as you hold an apartment or pay the extra for a garage. It is worth it. They just painted our front doors what looks to be a pale purple...others are yellow...I don't know what they were thinking with that choice' They are trying to improve the look of the place. The resurfaced parking lot is nice. I have had to call maintenance out for a few things and it seems like they always have to come back again, but in the end it does get fixed. Get an upgraded apartment because in the old ones the cabinets are horrible. Mine look like strips were peeled off & the did a bad job painting over it.
