We've lived here about 2 years now and honestly can't wait to move out. There are some great things about living here, but right now I can't really think of any. The apartments look nice when you come in to tour them, but once you move in you really notice the crappy things. Most of the people who do actually move in will block all of the parking spots with their moving trucks, not like there's really enough parking for residents anyway. The office staff are patronizing, and one of the girls is just an absolute b*tch. The majority of the grounds flood when there's even a little bit of rain and there is always a river of water in the parking lots after the sprinklers go on.
There are a lot of potholes all over the lots, and not only is there no posted speed limit but even when there are kids out people race around the complex. The gates are a huge pain in the ass when they're closed because peoples gate clickers never work. There used to be a code to get in but it was changed. At the main gate there's a call box that the management said we'd be put on within a week, two years later we still aren't on it, and neither are any of our neighbors.
While on the topic of neighbors, do you like hearing them' Hope so cuz the walls are so thin you can hear them constantly. Our upstairs neighbor has a tiny little dog (can't be more than a few lbs) and we can still hear him. And don't you dare be louder than a peep, no one in this complex believes in coming to the source with problems, they find it much easier to just call and complain.
One of the pluses for this complex is there are washers and dryers in unit, well hope you don't want one that actually works. Another plus- new appliances for the remodeled units. Sure they're new, if we were still living in the 90's. If you're living upstairs there's an additional fee for "vaulted ceiling", hold out for a downstairs cuz that's only for 2 bedrooms, but they'll still charge you the fee if you only have a one bedroom.
This is an expensive complex and has a lot of drawbacks, the only plus is they take big dogs, but there are still other placed that do, so please keep looking. We're moving soon and can't wait.

I couldn't find anywhere else that took large dogs in Temecula. I actually like it here. Better than any of the other 9 apartments I've lived in. I live upstairs, and it is a little annoying having to pay more for vaulted ceilings, but hey - there's nobody above me at least. Haha...who's the #$%#@ in the office? Lol
