It's kind of funny, because you see the same comments show up every few months... ("You can see them smiling even over the phone").

This is an older complex which has a number of problems. It looks ok from the outside; but they do things like spray paint the appliances and counter tops to make them look newer. (Of course, it's very difficult to keep them looking clean because the paint wipes off, even if you're really careful.)

The floor plans are good and most of the landscaping looks good; but be careful of the many repairs that are needed and the high water/sewer bills. Water runs like a river in the parking lot morning and evening and the cost shows up in your bill. Also, you really CAN hear everything that goes on upstairs... music, talking, bed squeaking, walking around, you name it... not much privacy.
