Positive Stuff:

*Washer and Dryer and Large Bedroom set-up.
*Office Staff is friendly.
*2 pools, Volleyball court, 2 jacuzzis
*2 Gated entrance
*Closed to mall
*Landscaping

Negative Stuff:

*Parking stinks.

*Several Management companies about 3 or 4 different companies managed property. They lost track of who parked where and the deposit each tenant had due to former Property Management company not providing records. Too many attempt to unsuccessfully fix the parking problem.

*The rent is pretty high for building that is 12 years old. Newer apts (less than 2 years old) have better rates. Rent went from $900-1200 per month within 2 year period.

*There is a mixture of young and older people in the neighborhood. Including children all ages. If you don't mind young neighbors having parties on Friday-Monday nights then you won't mind this place.

*Apartment Maintenance is very poor. The apartment comes with a security alarm. The alarm never worked while I was there. Management tried to repair the alarm and after several attempts they advised that they were removing the alarms. Most routines things are
taken care of immediately, but trying to get major issues such as alarm, refrigerator, porch may take a lot of legwork on behalf of the tenant.

*Pets.
