The apartments here are nice and good for the price but, now that we are moving out, we realize that the so-called "refundable" security deposit isn't so refundable. We were told that even if we went out and rented a little steam cleaner, they were still going to clean the carpets and charge us for it. Plus, because we have furniture AGAINST THE WALLS they will have to repaint the entire apartment and also clean the apartment no matter how well we clean it. Doesn't sound very refundable to me. Things remain broken forever and parking can be a joke with people ignoring the red and yellow curbs and the management doing nothing to remedy the situation. For the money, I'd recommend living here, but if you can afford better, I'd do it.

I moved out of Margarita recently and had none of the problems that you had. I was charged a fair price for carpet cleaning (cheaper than the machine) and didn't have any problems at all. Maybe you didn't clean or leave the apartment as good as I did? Not sure....
