I lived at this apartment complex a couple years ago, however, just realized I could write a review out. The Rooms are big was the reason why I moved in because i needed that space, When I decided to move out it was a complete disaster. They gave me so many headaches and stress. I cleaned that apartments for 4 days straight and hired a cleaning lady to clean it. I still got charged $140 to clean it, I also got charged an extreme amount for mold that I did not detect under my sink. How is someone suppossed to know they have mold if you cannot see it other than smell, but since i signed this disclosure " MOld Addendum" they could charge me. Unbelievable but true. After that they charged me $800 to replace the carpet. I lived across from the assistant manager at the time named Diane and her boyfriend marcus was the maintenance he told me she was having her friend move in, I was livid but still got charged and her friend probably moved in with brand new carpet that i paid for. i am still paying this it went into collect with a total of $1346.00. Im a very clean person and realized no matter what you do when you live in apartment you will be charged anyways so dont clean it as good as you think. Also the manager Julie at the time was so unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone and if you do decide kiss you deposit good bye. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
