The beautiful pool you see when you move in is off limits to you. There is NO dishwasher in the 3 bedroom units. (I wasn't informed of either of these things until AFTER money changed hands, and paperwork was signed...) Our apartment was broken into and no one came to fix the lock on the back door! There is no parking for guests, and you can hear EVERYTHING, snoring, fighting, music, babies crying, coughing etc... as far as staff, they went through four people while I lived there, and the last lady was very rude,I explained that I had left a brand new bed & bedding (still in the package)on the patio for my brother to pick up the next day, well they TOOK it and CHARGED me for removal! No phone call or anything! The carpet was horrible when we moved in, but we were told it hadn't been there long enough to be replaced, before I moved out I personally filled and sanded EVERY hole in the walls, and hired a professional(jani-king)to DO A 'MOVE OUT'. They kept the whole deposit (and the bed) anyway... oh, and it floods bad when it rains!!
