Pets shouldn't be allowed!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Management is very poor when it comes to enforcing dog waste abuses. Pet owners scoop the waste and throw it off their balconies. Which causes a teriible odor for non pet owners. Pet waste can attract mice and parasites. It's digusting!!
