Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Avoid this complex at all cost, manager is very old and can barely get to each apartment to service it. If you like loud music and teenagers than you won't mind this place. However please search elsewhere if peace and quiet is what you enjoy. My days at Palm Valley Apartments were the most nerve racking experience of my life,I'm glad it's over. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
