Great transition apartment complex, wouldn't live here long-term

These apartments are really affordable (you have to be within a specific income bracket), although I would not like to live here long-term. We are a young family and have lived here for six months, and maybe up to six more months but this is definetly not where we want to make our home. The management is very friendly and maintenance is never a problem. There are a lot of families here so I wouldn't recommend these apartments if you don't like to hear kids playing outside. The people who live here are generally kind, however, most of them don't seem to be "upstanding citizens" if you know what I mean.

Basically... if you are in between houses or fall into a rough financial time, this is a great place, it just isn't everything I want in a home.

By the way, if you happen to end up on the rear side of the complex... don't expect to find parking, we are the only side with this problem.
