If you want to start an ant farm in your apartment, this is the place to do just that. Twice a year you will enjoy infestations, during the rains and then when it gets very hot.

I witnessed two occasions of a man hitting a woman in the street. It is also a favorite place for questionable activities in the shroud of darkness.

Do not leave your clothes unattended in the laundry room. I had mine stolen and so have others.

The appliances are outdated, but they will happily replace them when you have moved out.

The pool has no authority to keep the kids under control and non-residents can easily jump the fence and enjoy the facility.

Parking is tough, especially when you get home late. Your assigned spot is sure to be taken by that time. Get home early!

If you are going to pay their inflated rates, there are prettier, newer apartments nearby that would be more agreeable.
