I completely agree with the previous poster. Except we also had roaches. And it wasn't our fault because they were there when we moved in. We just didn't see them during the walkthrough. Our neighbors are obviously drug dealers, and our cars got vandalized. There is hardly any closet space. Only the tiny closets in the bedrooms and the storage off the balcony. There's a group of teenagers that hang out on the steps that lead up to our apartment and they are there when my boyfriend goes to work at 2 AM. The security patrol only drives though once a night. My boyfriend got a note on his car from the management saying that they were going to tow his car if he didn't wash it, and it wasn't even that dirty. Just some dust (it's California) and water spots. There is no way I would ever pay $1020 a month for this apartment. The $995 that we pay currently is too much. Our lease is up at the end of August and we can't get out fast enough!!!
