This was the first apartment I rented. At first I thought it would be "fine for the time being...especially for the price." After nearly three years of living at Woodcreek I have decided that my safety is more important than a cheap rate....especially since all that money I have been saving on rent has gone towards repairing the vandalism done to my car.
Where should I start:
1. The staff truly is very friendly, their great BUT
2. My UNDERWEAR has been stolen out of the driers
3. My car has been broken into and horribly vandalized (don't forget about paying for a rental car!)
3. Someone has tried to open my front door while I have been home sitting in the living room...TWICE.
4. Confirmed drug dealers lived in the complex across from me.
5. Children are often unattended at the pool.
6. Our security that supposedly patrols every hour' Well, they come to lock the pool gates at 10PM and leave....you won't see them again.
7. Cockroaches...not in my apartment but in the same complex. When their problem wasn't resolved we had to move all of our stuff so our apartment was sprayed too. What a pain! And yes, the ants are a problem too. And no it's not from being messy....they come up the showers and sinks and swarm the bathroom.
8. At 5:30 AM when I was in the shower someone cut my bedroom screen for entry and stole my purse. Lovely. That was the last straw.
