This complex is inexpensive and felaxible with deposits and late rent payments. Most of the units have cockroaches or ants, as well as earwigs. Vandilizm and crime are a signifaicant problem. Nurmious of my niebors vehicles have benn vandilized. One in perticlure the wheels were taken off of the vehicle at night. My appartemnt had an attempted breakin while me my wife and two infant childerent where home. Management did not react to the attempted break in, evenr thought the police where called and arrested the asalent; who was also a tenent here.

Mainancce is unprofetional and work does not follow state regulations. Their maintce personel are not licessed but rutionly prefor elecltical, gas and heating work.

There is secruity here but they are extremly obbesse and tend to shy away from goups of person two or larger. I am a Military Policeman In th United States Marine Corps and I do not feel safe here.
