I have lived here for a year now and I only renewed my lease because I didn't want to go through the hassle of moving. The staff here smiles in your face and does nothing for you when you need them. The parking area is extremely congested and is dangerous to drive around even at 3 am. The fitness center and pool close at 10 pm but the leasing office is closed by 5 which is before most people get off from work. It is hard to get out of the community because of traffic directly on Margarita during rush hour. Maintenance takes forever to get done IF they ever do it. I have been here over a year and they STILL haven't fixed my ice maker. Keep looking around before stopping here.
