This is the worst place in the world. I lived there two years ago and they just sent be another bill for cleaning when we moved out. Our light in the bathroom broke the first month we moved in and in our entire six months we were there they never fixed it! We had to send our guests to the bathroom with flash lights. The carports are small and after a month of living here the neighbor side swiped my brand new car while trying to park. Mangement only cooperated with police after being forced to! Our water heater leaked all over our boxes in storage. Oh and did I mention they charged like a thousand at move out. Lucky for me I took pictures of the whole place when I moved and got an attorney. There was no way I was gonna pay them a single cent more!

Crazy much?! 1. Camera and film are like $10-15 at the most! 2. We have an attorney in our family so I paid $0, obviously if it was going to cost more then paying the move out charge it would be a waste of time and money. 3. The only storage in the apartment is in the outside closet which holds a water heater. 4.It was the principle of the matter. When you pay for a service it is your right as a consumer to get a certain level of respect and as a company they should have the integrity to provide the services they promise as well as meet the needs of their tenants within reason! I think in an apartment situation lights are a necessity but that is just me. English philosopher Edmund Burke said, ??????The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.?????? Since I had the resources and ability to fight for myself, I did, so that hopefully next time the management will think twice about screwing someone else. Obviously you are someone deeply vested in the apartment complex and threated by my encouragement of others not to accept second rate service from corporate tight wads. Hopefully other people earnestly seeking a straightforward review will appreciate my honesty and candor. Oh yea and if you are reading this and are looking for a good apartment try Acacia Park, it is an older complex but they newly renovated, the layout seems bigger, it is cheaper and they give you back your deposit. Plus the people in the office are nice! (well they were when we lived there) I also hear the Cape May apartments are great and it is beautiful in harveston, but I think they are a little more pricey. Honestly though with housing prices and interest rates down, you might as well invest in a house because you'll pay about the same as rent. Good Luck!

Deeply vested...yeah, I guess you could say that. I've lived here for going on 3 years. I don't have any issues with the office. My repairs get done in a day or two. No biggie. Whats with the flashlights? Don't you own a lamp? About this fender bender thing...Lets say my car gets hit at the walmart parking lot, based on your rantings, I should now tell everyone not to shop there anymore? Don't blame a decent place to live on your history of bad luck and bad planning.
