I have lived here for 5 years now and have enjoyed it. The noise is not too bad. Yes there are some party nights but haven't we all had them' The grounds here are always kept nice. I don't have much to say for the office people but they always have a smile on their face when i walk in and are more than willing to help me. The maintenance guys are polite and have stopped what they were doing to fix something in my unit. My neighbors are very polite i have never had a problem with anyone in this complex. This complex is pricey thou and i think it is too much for what you get but if you have the money this complex is one of the nicest in Temecula.
