Solana Ridge has been a wonderful home for my family and I. I love the floorplans and the staff is wonderful! Everytime I put in a work order the maintenance team takes care of it right away and they are very professional! I love dealing with the office staff, they are courteous and always very nice! I would recommend Solana Ridge to all my friends and family. And the property is beautiful! A lot of great features. You should defiently live here!

Review MUST have been written by a staff member, or business associate at Gables. What a phoney sounding review! All 7 catagories got a top rating??...give me a break! I lived there for about 2 1/2 years and thought the place was terrible. I would never recommend it to anyone!

I am not a member of the staff thank you very much and the add is not phoney. Is it so hard for you guys to imagine that someone likes living here. The staff is great. yeah, I have dealt with sistuations before but come on for what they have to deal with, for example people like you, i think they are fine! They do their best and that is all anyone can expect. This is an apartment complex not a hotel. I recently had to give notice, I am leaving the state and the office staff informed me of all the charges that I will be charged. Yes it can add up but did you really expect to have to not pay anything. and fyi I am anonymous because i don't need to have my info on the web, it was my choice. You guys need to relax and move on in life. There are much more important things!

You're right there are more important things in life. But my experience, and the experiences of all these other commenters do not add up to anything close to what you experienced. Move out fees, no I did not expect to leave without paying money. But I was certainly nickeled and dimed (or should I say $10-ed and $100-ed) to death. I was expected to pay for their mistakes. While it may seem that anyone who would comment on a place after they've moved out has trouble "moving on," this posting is a great way for consumers to have a voice. I feel that it is my duty and privledge to spread the truth about my experience with this rediculous corporation. Hopefully I can save others from wasting the time and money that I wasted. You're entitled to your opinion, but it is hard for me to believe that an anonymous poster would really think of Solana Ridge as a top ranking apartment complex. Surely there are others that truly deserve 5 rankings in every category. Solana certainly does not!

You talk about being able to voice your opinion and thatâ??s fine, but I didnâ??t realize that also meant criticizing other people for theirs.
All I can say is read the contract. That thing is the size of a book. There probably is something in there telling you all about the charges. Then you wouldnâ??t be so upset when you moved out.
Just be realistic.
