You will be near the convenience of restaurants and The Temecula Mall and shopping!
About the area...It is safe, the people are nice and cordial and the same in public.
The schools in the area are great for children.
These apartments are near noisey traffic, and you can hear it at night as well.
If you are a Dog lover, horray for you! You will love it here. The dogs are almost in all apartments here and they rule. You will hear constant non-stop barking morning am hours 24 hours a day! I've known people who have complained and to no avail, it is useless to complain about noise in this place. You will have people that love to socialise around your window, as well as the dog walkers and they love talking loudly and you have neighbors who may be deaf as they love to have the TV's on loud so that you can hear it in your room when you sleep but don't worry it is only until 4 am in the morning as they come home from working at WinCo and they like to wind down and relax. Another neighbor is so sweet she is breeding and raising toy-cup poodle puppies upstairs and they are so cute! They will all 8 together bark as if they are in a choir and also stick their heads out of the holes in the Balcony at you and just keep barking all day until they become sleepy and the other dogs keep barking until their masters come home from work to play with them. You will also have pieces of junk cars that drive by the apartment loudly or the neighbors who like revving up the cars over and over as they all have different shifts and don't forget the motorcycle guys who live across from us and they love revving and fixing up motorcycles. On Saturdays they like to have parties but they aren't that noisey they quietly drink with their friends. Although the new neighbors upstairs decided to be party animals, and they have lived here for 2 weeks, but sorry to say the party got to them and one got taken away in an ambulance because they drank too much and they said they were having chest pains. Now they are better and quieter. So if you like to socialise by peoples windows with your dogs at all hours and gossip and laugh together and your dogs would like to join the choir here....This is your castle! The people will smile at you at and say hello and it will be a joy! The inside of the apartments though....yikes!!!! They need to be remodeled and up to date. The linoleum is like 1960's in the kitchen and the bathrooms are yuk! Carpet is yuk too. The outside of these apartments have just been painted to look like new.
The grounds are well maintained and garbage is picked up here constantly and maintenance is slow if you have a problem that needs repair. We needed an appliance and it only took a month and a half to get a new one! But... the best thing is who cares about a little problem like an appliance being needed by little old us and our family' At least we got to go out to eat breakfast lunch and dinner and a month and a half should never be an inconvenience, right'''' Maintenance is real sweet though, so who knows who made the mistake' Was it the appliance store' a mistake on ordering it' Later we recieved the new appliance and it was a nice expensive brand! The swimming pool and the hottub is great here and the weight room is great too, nice and clean! Office staff is very nice and cordial and always eager to assist you and they do return calls promptly if there is a problem. This place would be perfect if the noise level could be taken care of and neighbors had common courtesy to train the dogs or feed them. I suppose these apartments cannot control dog owners. Anyway enjoy the convenience of the city of Temecula, no gangs or crime!
