Management are untrained monkeys. Maintenance don't know what their doing, if they bother to show up at all. Crack heads and tweakers everywhere. I saw a carjacking and a shooting within two months of moving in. Cops here every night. Banda music blasting 24/7. Bugs, thugs, drugs. Take advice from someone who wishes they hadn't moved here, and don't do it. This place blows.
