I have lived in this "ghetto" for about one year now. I agree with many of the other rviews that this place is usually very loud, unkept, and extremely trashy looking. Many things in these apts are not kept up to date and if you do need something fixed you'll have to do it yourself. This is one of the worst complexes I've ever seen and I have lived in Hunts Point, Bronx, NY. There is absolutly NO SECURITY at all. Never mind trying to use the laundry rooms because they are being occupied by druggies and sexual perverts. The only time I ever tried to use it I encountered an obviously sick individual who was masterbating while looking at me. I DO NOT recommend this place and anyone decent is trying to get out.

I agree with you. This is the ghetto of Temecula. I hope you are able to get out of your lease it is a horrible place to live. My wife and I recently left ther and feel for you. Good luck.

i totally feel for you. i live here now and want to get out so bad but can't afford anything else right now. i remember trying to use the laundry room once and had to argue with this mexican lady who was taking up all the machines! she didn't even speak english. i hate it here. where's all the white people? did they die? or did the -------- eat them?
