Lived in this place for about 1 yr back from 03 to 04. I doubt anything has improved. It was a really bad place to live in for Temecula. Unkept and dirty for the most part. People were not friendly also. Hated everyday i lived here. People littered trash on the entire property as if it was a landfill. And the bad thing was that the trash would sit blown around the property for about a week until the lazy complex workers decided to clean it up. Don't move here. The management only rent the units out to -------- and no other race. Don't be suprised if you don't see any other type of ethnicity there.

so tru, i dont understand how someone can get a place and dont speak english, this is america people if ima move to china i better speak their language!
