We relocated here all the way from out of state, temporarily to get situated elsewhere, and in the meantime found this place. I hear how Temecula is a wonderful suburban "white" neighborhood with "lots of jobs". When' 1990' Since we've moved in, the apartment unit was not even ready to move in, they gave us the wrong keys, and I had to wait 2 weeks for a mail key, and when I finally got the mail key my mail box was broken, so another 2 weeks without mail. The things that were wrong still have not been addressed, and it's been oh 6 months now. "still waiting for the parts to come in". My walls are so infested with numerous bugs, ants, spiders, the bug man had to come twice in the summer, and fill in all the walls, and cracks with solution and it took 2 weeks to kill all the pests. Then, Giant size black widows were all over the patio, and around the unit, and INSIDE MY SHOES!!!!! They let these kids all over the parking lot with their skateboards, and basketballs, so they hit the cars, climb up on the carport roofs and hang down landing on people's cars... nobody does anything about it. Oh the drugs. people hide in the laundry room at night with the lights off.. who knows what they are doing... it's CREEPY! I love the fresh smell of marijuana when I step out of my apartment,,, that's just friggin great. I can't even go get my mail without some freaky looking person wandering around... I just don't feel safe here at all. I can't even have my step kids over because I'm so ashamed.
How many times do the cops come, because of violence, super obnoxiously loud parting that goes on until 5 a.m and drunken loud people start fighting, and we have to get up and go to work with no sleep! Then they come with 6 or 7 police cars and K-9 dogs, trying to track down these people. That's always good. Or the time when the water main broke, causing major flooding, and of course nobody was working because it's a Holiday, so they turn our water off WITHOUT WARNING! And the ditch the Fire Department had to dig just to let the water run away form the buildings, so everyone jokes about tripping over the ditch and suing the management. People from the neighboring complex feel the need to climb over the gate to enter the premises and just wander around the parking lot. Does anyone go home''' Why do they have to congregate outside' Don't these people have familes, or jobs' GO HOME! I don't want to see these retards standing around without shoes or shirts on. It's insulting to the rest of us who have class. I am sick of calling the police. I am sick of the Management not doing their job, making my life miserable here. I pay way too damn much for this. Why don't they knock $500-$600 off everyone's rent just for having to live here and deal with this'' Why can't they pay me to call the police and monitor these conditions and report it,, You know how much they owe me by now'' It's pretty bad when you have to resort to self protection in your own home. How pathetic.
Another thing that's REALLY annoying is every weekend we have numerous different religious groups coming to everyone's door.. Baptist, Mormom, Jeh. Witness, Then they come back in Spanish. Hello we weren't interested for the past 6 months GO AWAY!!!!!
I am not accustomed to having to constantly turn on my air or heat.. but the walls are so thin there's no sign of insulation. I can hear every time the neighbors run their water, close a door or anything they do above me or next door, and it always wakes me up. The temperature is not regulated and I think the structure is extremely poorly made, really cheap and it shows.
Laundry is way too much. Coin op places usually charge, what. $1.00 a load. not here it's $1.50 and another $1.25 to dry. that's another $10 they suck out of you.
There's no peace and quiet here. It's just too scuzzy, and the management brag about being new and making changes, and I get it, that there's so much to do... but why can't they focus on what's important, and instead of worrying about moving in more people to ---- us all over, fix the current issues, to make the people that live here comfortable. Get more Maintenence people WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING in here and fix everything that's broken, and then hire another team to sort out everything else and get organized. It's out of control, and very unprofessional.
I can't wait to move out! Good riddance!

it sounds like you have not spoke to the office about your issues. I was very unhappy last year to and when I went to the office and voiced my concerns the management took care of the maint. problems right away. I was ready to move and gave them a chance to fix the problems. now i re-signed my contract and will be here awhile.

Yeah sounds familiar. I guess we pay extra for the entertainment. (not laughing) The part that amazes me, is that the (police) know which apartment units here are the center of drug traffic, and yet they do nothing!!!!!!! How much more evidence do these retards need?? The (Management) is also aware of which apartments are dealing, and THEY DO NOTHING because they need like more than 2 complaints, well, 2 went out the window in my first month of living here last frigging year! The police have been called at least 6 times within the last 3 months. and these people still live here dealing and the rest of us have to sit here and live here with their drunken noise, drug deals, and breathe it in. I am not sure where Management and Police want to go with this information, but I know if I were a cop, these scum bags would be in jail, 1st complaint. Isn't that why they are titled "Police"? Isn't Management responsible for ridding their property of this behavior? Or are they part of it? What are we supposed to think? They keep putting up with it. Maybe the cops need to be called on them for supporting it.

I live in the apartment building that is so called in new management. There are so many vacant apartment here that the children brake into them to play and run around in. I have called the police, talked to the children parents, and the office. The children here are very loud destructive and to top it off there is a park in walking distance. I ask myself and ask these children to walk 20 feet to the park and play. The park is very clean, kids could play in the play ground, skate, and much more. When I moved in I had to deal with bugs, broken shower, and the next door residents are drug dealers. I have two kids that are not allowed to leave the apartment without me. I sleep to the sound of screams, and doors slamming at all hours of the night. I could hear my neighbor take calls from drug clients or ask his clients if they want to buy weed from him. I called the police about the loud noise and the fighting and I have also contacted the office. Management did offer to relocate me to a different building, but it doesn??????t matter where you go it??????s the same thing. It??????s the worst place I have ever lived in, management has been good to fix the repairs in a timely manner because my entire Maintence request have been formally documented and dated. A tip on living here, and having Maintence done in a timely manner is have everything in writing, documentation, dates, times and incidents. I have started to take note of my neighbor drug activity. I would even if possible invite police officer??????s to come in a sit in my living room or bed room to hear all the foot traffic and drug activity that has been going on next door to me. Lately the foot traffic has worsened. If anyone reading this knows the number to a drug detective reply to the complaint. The only smart thing of living here is that I have a copy of my lease.
