I don't even know where to start. This is like living in a prison. We get to watch COPS Live! They are here all the time. Kids were outside at 1 am with a baseball bat, the cops showed up and did nothing. Telling management does nothing. The maintenance guys had a party again until 3 am. When I complained about my drug dealing neighbors, they wrote a note on a piece of paper that was full of notes and nothing was ever done. At least until the cops with the canine unit showed up and took them away but they were back and dealing the next day. I have requested maintenance because we have mold, bugs, the tile is coming up, heater doesn't work, and no water pressure (the guest bath is unusable). A guy finally showed up 4 months later made a list and told me the water problem was an issue with California. He said he would be back for the other problems. It's been 2 more months. The maintenance men are some of the ones partying all night. Wonder how they party all night then work the next day''''' I've been here a pretty long time and things have gotten much worse. They put in security gates months ago and they still don't work. Don't know if they are trying to lock people out or keep us in. It's scary to live here. There is no hot water in the laundry room for 1.50 a load.
