If you like living in a place where the kids who play outside deface other peoples property and site on your motorcylce ( if you have one)and nothing done about it, then this is the place for you. The apartments are big but can use some upgrades in the kitchen, I think the appliances are still from the 70's (old). It wouldnt hurt to paint the property either. But overall rent is cheap.
