For the most part this is a well run aprtment complex. My biggest issue is the way that the covered parking spaces have been assigned. My space never gets used becuase it is about 70 yards away from the normal, un-assigned parking spaces. My neighbors down stairs have a space that is much close, my neighors next door have the first space in the row, yet mine is about 20 spaces down from theirs. They will not let you change spaces even though there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the assignments. Aside from that the managment has been very professional and responsive, we had numerous problems with our A/C which were adressed whenever they arose.

Back on the parking issue it should be noted that there is usually ample unassigned parking.
