It all depends on what unit you live in. It is a very family oriented place but I can't help to see all the kids running around without parental supervision. They run around loud and they use there scooters on the sidewalk nearly running you over. The office staff is ok but sometimes it's hard to get a problem fixed because there is only ONE maintenance guy. It's a good apt for the price in Temecula but I wouldn't say it rates 100%. More like 65%.
