Now I have not moved in yet. But the staff is wonderful. They were very courteous and helpful. The community looks nice. It doesnt look cheap and run down. One thing that sold me on the apartment was the size. I have yet to see somewhere that is offering that size and price.

hm well i'm finally moving back to the beach and out of temecuhell! :) thank God! i have lived at the beach in carlsbad for 15 years before moving here last august to be closer to my child's father, but forget it - it's just too damn hot! we're moving back to the beach to the LA area! hooray! the staff is nice as long as you don't have to break your lease - if you do that - they turn nasty really fast. also, be careful and don't just take their word that you are signing up for a 12 month lease like i did - be sure you read very closely what you sign - i know i shouldn't have been so trusting, but they seemed so nice - live & learn - they actually snuck in a THIRTEEN MONTH LEASE - who's ever heard of that? lol greedy weirdos. the maintenance is FAST here - lightning quick - i will say that. but there are cheaper places to live around here - like sage canyon right around the corner on moraga @ rancho california road - they have a special for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt for only 860 per month! my apt a 1 bedroom 1 bath is 799/mo on a 'special' and now they're trying their best to get me to pay them back the '196 rent concession' they've been 'giving me' lol per month - good luck trying to rent this dump for the 995 per month they're proposing LMAO ROFL. the worst thing about these apts is that they are sooooooooo thin-walled - so cheaply built it's like living on a sitcom set - you can try running the a/c 24/7 and it just NEVER cools off...also freeeeeezes at night - can't wait to be a the beach living once again!!! byeeeee

Totally disagree w/dsummer. We have lived here for almost 2 years. Have never had any type of problem. the staff and maintenance folks are super. I hope you are happier in the LA area.

Everything is in writing and signed/initialed at move-in. The staff actually takes 20 minute to go through the lease with every resident. If you signed a "THIRTEEN MONTH " lease its because you wanted one.
