I've lived in many apt. complexes, from east county SD to Temecula. The management staff is very helpful, curtious and competent. The maint. staff and grounds keeper very knowlegable and helpful, when ever I needed anything at all they went out of their way to help me take care of it. When ever I had issues with anything I recieved prompt service and a confermation call to make sure it was done. The promotional lease was great too, couldn't find a 2 bd 2 ba for $1090, if I can give u an advice: lock your lease for 2 yrs min. if you're not planing on going anywhere soon. after ur lease ends it will adjust minus the promo/movein rate.
