I've been living here for about 2 years now (coming June 2004) and I have had my share of problems. I'll admit, the managers always change, and they are, without a doubt, some of the stupidest people I have ever met. I practically had to harass a manager to get some items in my apartment fixed.

The rent goes up every six months when they decide to replace a random appliance, usually in $25 increments.

The people that live here are obviously from the third reike (I can't spell its 3 am) of hell. It's obviously low income housing...

but hey, you get what you pay for.

I've never had a problem with theft, so I don't know what anyone is talking about. The neighbors aren't THAT bad if you just ignore them.

Overall I would recommend it if you want to save some cash.

Quit your whining and deal with it. If you can live in Temecula Gardens, you can live anywhere!!
