I have lived here for a almost a year now...but its not all that bad. Nothing has ever been stolen from from my place. I bought a new car while i was here and its perfectly alright, in the carport.
I have left my windows open when going to the office and nothing has happened.

The management has so many houses to take care of that you cannot expect them to give individual attention, however, if you go to them with a concern, it is generally fixed within 1-2 days.

There are children all around the place especially during the summer vacation, but they dont make too much noise. Besides what kind of community is it if they dont allow children to play outside'

There is plenty of parking space, and overall rent is low. As far as the deposit is concerned, I am not sure because I still live in the place. I hope they do give me back my deposit.
