I lived at Temecula Gardens in the 600's for about 2 years. While I was there, there were about 5 different managers that took care of the office. Now for the truth about it all. First off, they do month to month renting, so that they can raise the rent $25 every 6 months. The worst part of this apartment for me however was the COCKROACHES!!! I had them spray for them when I moved in, and it got better...for like 2 weeks. Then they came back and they seemed to be immune to the poison now. Two weeks before I moved out, I moved some of the bigger stuff out and didn't come back. When I came to move out finally, there was literally two or three hundred cockroaches on the walls and gathered around what I assumed was a nest. For the deposit, they had the audacity to take 300 out of mine when it was cleaner than how I found it. The fridge had roaches too when I moved in. As for the drugs, yes some of the patrons of the local marijuana dealer parked in my spot one time. Besides that, I really didn't see it around that much. My car was a 2003 and I never had any problems with people trying to steal it or anything in it. The laundry facilities are a little bad, considering that they were always filled. If you want to be able to do any laundry, I suggest doing it on Tuesday or Thursday. Also, weird tenants love to steal your more expensive clothing if you leave it in the dryer too long.
