I lived there for 5 years. Room is kind of small and light is not enough. Maintance is very slow. I had something wrong in my bath room, no big deal but inconveient. It took them a couple of month to fix that. Roachs are everywhere, I need to spray regularly like every 2 weeks to keep it away. And, at the end, they charge me $200 from my deposit for fix the pin holes on the wall. It is not even leagal! In CA, if you live in one place for more than 2 years, they can not charge you anything for the wall!
Safety is another issue, once I heard gunfire just outside of window! And police cars come quite often for theft and illeagal immigrants. Well, the only thing good is that the rent is cheap.

I am so glad I left there.
