Don't even think about renting there! I gave my 500 dolars deposit and never ever missed a rent. When I moved there I had some help from the manager's boyfriend to remove some lamps and I myself wash them! the apartment was in very dirty conditions, the fridge was desgusting! One month later my car was stolen and with my own keys, one of the workers there stole my keys and my car! I reported it but never was found. Now, I moved out of that apartment, and I asked for my deposit to be return, they said the carpet had to be clean, so I hired some company to do it. the apartment was spotless, I leave it that way because I wanted my deposit back. Well, instead of my check I got a letter saying that I owe 145 dls. for cleaning the apartment! 175 for a "touch of paint" and more than 250 dolar for the difference of rent, that they already accepted but I didn't sign the agreement because they didn't tell me to. Now I not only loose my 500 dls. deposit, but they say I still owe them 7.50 cents.!!!
UNBELIEVABLE! that people are the bigest thieves in California.!
