775$ was all we could afford at the time. I have been renting for ten years and this was by far the worst hell hole I have ever lived in. If you look up sex offenders in the area you will see there are at least 4 or 5 that live in the apartments. I would not want my worst enemy to live here. So do youself a favor and pay an extra 100$ dollars and rent somewhere else!
