I love living here. I've been here for about 4 mths. After much looking around I settled on Tuscany Ridge. They have the best floorplans, and the location's pretty good too. The grounds are beautiful, lots of trees. There is only one pool, but it doesn't get too crowded from what I've seen. Mgmt seems to take care of the place...maint is good, office staff is friendly. I'm pretty happy, oh and I referred a friend to live here and they gave me a referral fee of $500, that was pretty cool!
