I lived at Vintage View from 04/05-01/08. Everything started out great. The apartment could have used a remodel but they were older and a little less expensive than most in Temecula. After awhile, my floors started sinking, my balcony started crumbling from termites, I had rats in the walls and then in my apartment, my heater broke in winter and it took them 10 days to fix it, my air broke in 110 degree heat and that took about 2 weeks to fix, the heated pool stopped being heated, my washing machine broke and it took them a week to fix it, all the fitness equipment was broken, apartments started getting broken into and management didn't care, the playground equipment was wobbly and the sand around it was full of cat poop. It just seemed like everything got trashier over time. I would never move back or recommend these apartments to anybody.
