Great value!

Located in a great area of 1000 Oaks, you get great Value. I have lived here for 18 months and have been pretty satisfied. Yes the units are 30 years old, but you get huge apartments in exchange for that. The upkeep is ok and the maintenance is ok. But you will NOT find a better value in all of 1000 Oaks. Mixed range of ages keep the "community" interesting. Walls are thick and hearing neighbors is a rarity. Downside, Laundry rooms leave a lot to be desired.
