I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE AGAIN. ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT IS ABOUT THREE BUILDINGS AWAY. DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS ARE WAY TO LOUD. THE SIZE OF THE APARTMENTS IS GREAT AND SO IS THE PRICE. BUT IT'S NOT WORTH LISTENING TO THE TRASH TRUCK AND THE NEWSPAPER GUYS AT 4AM EVERYDAY. DUE TO THE LACK OF LIGHTING IN THE PARKING LOT, A GUEST OF MINE FELL AND BROKE HIS SHOULDER.

I have lived here for about 2 to 3 years. Some tenants are definitely right about allot of things. Building is old, the pluming "SUCKS". Its either my kitchen sink get backed up,my bathroom sink as well or my damn toilet over flows with human ----! or while taking a nice hot shower dirty water from god knows where it came from comes up in my bath tub. You guys are right $300.00 is not worth all the hassle. Not unless they fix all the pluming through out the complex....Good luck to that! I don't think that they will spend all that money to fix this damn place. They would rather have new tenants that doesn't know any better than have the old tenants here that do care about this place. Anyways i'll be moving out in a couple of months. Good ridance that's all i can say.
