Getting Out While We Still Can!!

I have lived here a little over a year and as the previous person said... all was fine and well until Archstone bought it out. Rent is going up to about $1600 for a one bedroom.. plus you will have to pay extra for covered parking and you will need to pay water trash sewer yourself. The thing is, these buildings are very old, the apartments are large, the renovations are ok... fake granite and new kitchen cupboards. LOOK AROUND... in Thousand Oaks there are places that you can get real granite, nicer cupboards, laundry in the unit, free parking and 2 bedrooms for $1600. Archstone is basically kicking out the old tenants so that they can renovate(I just don't think those renovations are worth $300).
