I've lived here for an number of years and it was very affordable and very pleasant. Now that Archstone has taken over, they are raising the rents by at least $300 and the renovations are definitely not worth the rate increase. It's definitely becoming very corporate rather than a quaint community atmosphere. They are not being flexible with the current residents either. Basically making them fork up or move out (but not until the lease expires). Keep on looking! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
