After leasing a home for several years, it was hard to move into an apartment, but our time at Archstone has been nothing but positive. Every time we have a maintenance issue, the staff is right on time and resolves the problem quickly (a welcomed change.) The staff is very friendly, and willing to help out at every turn. Updates within the buildings continue to take place and there seems to be an open communciation policy at the office. No neighbor issues and there are a lot of kids and pets - very family friendly. I would recommend this community.
