Pleasant environment with friendly, reliable staff

Whenever I have an issue of any kind, which is rare, the team at Archstone Thousand Oaks is quick to respond. Everyone here knows my name and is quick to give me a hand if they see I am carrying groceries or taking out my trash. The office and maintenance crew really make this a pleasant place to live.
