This apartment has been problems since we moved in 2 months ago. The first week we moved in we had a flea infestation and had to move out. It has been a couple weeks now and our heat is not working. I would not recommend moving into this apartment complex even though the location is good.

It's interesting that you would not recommend living at Biltmore, considering you still live there 2 years after you wrote review.
