The Biltmore Apartments are oaky. I inspect apartment complexes for a living and I would rate the Biltmore as satisfactory overall, but some good qualities. It appears they do a lot of repainting versus replacing. And when before I moved in I was told they were in the process of installing new appliances in my unit, but when I got there the appliances were used. The complex has potential to be beautiful, but it doesn't appear the effort is there. Management seems to pick and choose which rules to enforce and are not consistent, i.e. Laundry room hours. The hours and supply of machines are not condusive the the number of tenants in the complex. Landscaping could be inproved and the parking lots leave little to be desired with many cracks and potholes.
